Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. Your 14-day trial starts the moment you redeem your invitation — no payment details required until you choose a plan.

What happens to my archive if I cancel?

Your archive stays readable in Vault mode — every interview, photo, and letter preserved. You can export everything at any time. We don't delete memories.

Can I switch plans?

You can compare plans from your account page. In-place paid-plan changes must be completed through the supported billing flow; do not start a second subscription for the same account.

Who counts as a family member?

Anyone the owner invites — spouse, parent, sibling, adult child, or cousin. Up to 6 people on Family and 20 on Extended Family. Each person gets their own login and a role in the shared family vault. Content added to that vault is available according to those family roles.

Is Narratrace available outside the US?

Yes — Narratrace works anywhere. Payments are processed in USD via Stripe, which handles currency conversion automatically.
